Welcome to our waterfront family home located in a quiet, yet friendly gated community in Marathon, Florida! The ocean views from our home are breathtaking! Steps from your front door you'll find a place to dock your boat and a pier for watching the fish swim by or to throw a line in and try your luck at fishing. The dock is a great place to jump in and cool off! A neat place to snorkel too, but doesn’t compare to snorkeling out on the reefs. There are even steps down into the water and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Our home features three levels with spectacular unobstructed open water views. The rooftop deck offers space for sunbathing, enjoying the sunset and stargazing. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath: - Master Bedroom: King Bed with full bathroom - Second Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with full bathroom - Third Bedroom: Bunk Bed (twin over full) and 2 twin beds (trundle) Full gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Comfortable living room with 55-inch HDTV. We have Comcast controls with Voice Command and Blu-Ray DVD/CD player. Wireless internet access throughout our home, and rooftop deck including the pool! Washer and dryer available. You will find our home stocked with laundry and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. The elevator takes you to the first and second floors (the rooftop deck is the only area not accessible by elevator). You can enjoy ocean views from both the hot tub and pool. The hot tub is completely private! The pool is shared with the other 13 homes in the community, but rarely busy as most owners are absentee or occupied enjoying all the Keys have to offer!

And for quiet reflection, there is a deck off the living room with a great view of the water to sip your morning coffee. The two master suites have their own private balconies. The other two bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to the covered deck. There is also ample area for sun-bathing around the pool. Located at the end of a quiet dead end street, the home sits on the ocean end of a canal. Plenty of dockage available for a 30' boat. Room to park 1 trailer. Bring your own boat or rent one from several nearby boat rentals. The home's location is ideal for trips to the reef and back country water. There are no bridges to encumber your direct access to the ocean. Just a short boat ride away is the world renowned Looe Key Reef that offers some of the most spectacular diving and snorkeling in the United States! Some of the species you will most likely see will be turtles, Goliath Groupers, Angel, Parrot and Puffer fish to name a few. Just a little further out to deeper water and you will enter some of the best sport fishing that only the Florida Keys can offer. For the landlubbers, we are ideally located a short drive from both Key West and Marathon. Within minutes you can enjoy all the thrills of Key West's Mallory Square Entertainers at Sunset, walk the famous Duval Street, dine at some of the best cuisines on earth. For a more structured experience, you can tour the Hemingway House, Mel Fishers museum and the Key West Lighthouse or take the trolley around town. There's plenty to do and experience. Heading north towards Marathon, you will find great bird sanctuaries, Bahia Honda State Park and Sombrero Beach which has beach volleyball courts.
